01. Examples of Unauthorized ID Sharing (Prohibited Actions)
- 1. Sharing a single ID among multiple users to access courses.
- 2. Accessing courses simultaneously or nearly simultaneously from separate physical locations.
- 3. Lending or sharing an ID with others, whether for free or in exchange for compensation.
- 4. Paying an existing member instead of officially enrolling through the site.
- 5. Viewing courses in group settings (e.g., using a projector for multiple viewers).
- 6. Even for family members (e.g., siblings), each user must have their own separate ID.
- All login activities and IP addresses are recorded.
- Sharing your ID, even with friends, may result in restricted access for both parties.
- Repeated sharing (3 or more times) may lead to account termination and public notice of the ID on our site.
02. Prohibited Actions Related to Unauthorized Video Sharing
- 1. Unauthorized duplication of video lectures.
- 2. Selling or sharing duplicated or recorded videos with others, either for free or for a fee.
- 3. Uploading duplicated or recorded videos to online communities or websites.
- 4. Allowing others to view personal course content, whether for free or for compensation, through online platforms.
- Attempts to duplicate videos are tracked by our system. Unauthorized sharing or selling of content without company permission may lead to civil claims and penalties of up to 5 years in prison or fines up to 50 million KRW under copyright law.
03. Unauthorized Use of MasterPrep Course Materials
- 1. Use, copying, or distribution of materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
- 2. Instructor lecture notes are registered with the Copyright Association for legal protection.
- 3. Unauthorized sharing or distribution, whether commercial or free, may result in legal penalties.
