Checklist and Solutions for Video Playback Issues

We recommend using a wired internet connection rather than Wi-Fi.

Masterprep supports cross-browser playback.
Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Naver Whale, and Safari are all supported.

Playback is supported on both Windows (8 and above) and Apple Mac OS.
To play videos on Mac OS,
you must install the dedicated player.

Please verify that the player is properly installed.
Or uninstall the player from your control panel and reinstall it manually.
You can install it from the Learning Programs Download menu.

We provide global streaming via servers in the US, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Vietnam.
If you are in a region with poor network conditions, there may be buffering. Please contact us via 1:1 inquiry.
